ALL SALES ARE FINAL- NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ARE ALLOWED

EXCEPTION: BLAZERS- BLAZERS ARE ALLOWED TO BE EXCHANGED FOR A DIFFERENT SIZE ONLY. ORIGINAL BLAZER MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 15 BUSINESS DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE.

How can I place an order?

You can order on-line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All credit card information is protected by a secure server. It's All Greek Plus accepts all major credit cards i.e. American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa via PayPal.

At this time, It's All Greek Plus ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, McCluskey and Associates  ships merchandise to all military address (APO, FPO), but not to international locations. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

 

What if an item is damaged or missing?

Simply report it to your Mail Deliverer and request a claim number. It's All Greek Plus must be notified within 5 days of receipt of shipment of any damaged items. Please note: Once the claim is settled, we will issue you a refund or reship the merchandise. Damaged orders require a 4 to 6 week process period.

How do I track my order?

 

To track your package, check your email box for the tracking number or email slpowe@hotmail.com and request a tracking number if you did not receive one. You can track your merchandise at usps.com.

 

What are your delivery options?

 

Most items are shipped via the USPS and FEDEX.  Orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days. Overnight delivery can be arranged by calling 414-899-7693.
